March 18th, 2020 We wanted to reach out to our Watters’ brides- and bridesmaids-to-be amid the ongoing concerns regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). As new developments continue to emerge, we want to assure you that our number one priority at Watters is the safety, health, and well-being of our people, our clients, and our community. As we remain focused on continued service to our clients, we have taken steps to ensure we are continuing to deliver the level of quality, excellence, and timeliness our brides expect from us during these unique circumstances: • Employee and operational safety. We are closely monitoring the situation daily and following all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local authorities. And, should the need arise, Watters is also initiating a flexible and virtual workplace. • Delivery schedule for existing orders. We are working closely with our facilities and carrier partners to ensure deliveries are reliable and consistent. We will also communicate all retailers in the event of a delay in shipping. • Delivery schedule for new orders. For new orders placed as of March 13th, we are estimating approximately a 12-14 weeks delivery for bridal orders and 10-11 weeks for bridesmaids’ orders. All ready-to-ship orders are still following the regular shipping schedule as denoted on watters.com • Temporary closing of select retailers. As retailers may be shifting their business hours or temporarily closing, we want to ensure that our brides are taken care of. Please contact your retailer directly for the most up-to-date information on store hours and closings. As we navigate this unique time together, we want to ensure that Watters is fully dedicated to helping our brides on their special day and ensuring our retailer and employee relationships are well supported.
