RETURN POLICY

RETURNS FOR ORDERS MADE ONLINE ONLY

  • All full-price or sale dresses purchased from us online are returnable so long as the purchaser complies with all conditions of this Return Policy. FINAL SALE items and fabric swatches are not returnable.
  • All returned dresses purchased from us must be received in the same condition as shipped with all tags and labels attached along with the garment bag (if included).
  • Dresses must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • Returns must be initiated in accordance with this Return Policy and the return window will close 14 days after the delivery date. All returns received by FedEx after those 14 days may not be accepted.
  • All returns will be inspected and must meet all requirements of this Return Policy with no exceptions.
  • A refund for a properly returned dress will be issued for the purchase price received less the applicable restocking fee: $14.95 per item for ready-to-ship By Watters Bridal and Wtoo Bridesmaids or $45.00 per item for made-to-order By Watters Bridal.
  • Most refunds should process within 1 week upon receipt at our facility.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If an in-stock dress is defective or damaged upon delivery, or the wrong item is sent to the purchaser, it may be returned for a full refund if, upon inspection by us, it complies with all requirements of this Return Policy.

IN-STORE ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

  • Made-to-order Bridal or Bridesmaids dresses purchased at an authorized retailer are not refundable. This includes all Watters, Wtoo, Willowby, and By Watters styles.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To initiate your return, go to “Order History” to complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Please ensure all fields are completed, including the description in the drop-down menu, if applicable.
  2. Print and place a copy of the RMA form inside the original packaging.
  3. Print the pre-paid shipping label, and affix it to the outside of the package. Please make sure to remove any old labels and bar codes.
  4. Drop off your package to any FedEx location within 14 days of delivery date and keep the drop off tracking receipt for your records.
  5. We will send you an email confirmation when your returned item has been processed.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not currently offer exchanges. You can only exchange a dress by returning it and placing a new order.
