Having all the people we love in such an incredible and intimate place is something I still replay in my head over and over. I honestly didn’t know what to expect and couldn’t have imagined how perfect it would all come together.

Throughout the process I found so many dresses stunning in their own ways, but I couldn’t stop going back to the Serena gown. Then rushed back the next day so excited, knowing for certain it was my dress. It stood as a wedding dress interwoven with nude soft undertones, palm leaf appliques, and a flair of trendy.

I spent the day hanging out, getting ready with my wedding party in our little suite. I was super present and soaked in every little moment. With such an incredible planner, I didn’t have to lift a finger, and was pleasantly surprised by all of the little details and decorations: the set-up on the beach was breathtaking. We went on to dance the night away at Itzik Tulum. It was a three-minute walk and I couldn’t have picked a better venue for our reception. There were separate areas for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, the staff and food were as good as it gets, and my vendors decorated an already gorgeous backdrop to the nines. It was the perfect day.

The last day of activities was on Saturday. We wanted to have a day to hang out and visit with everyone without the rush of the wedding; so, we threw a pool party as a last hurrah. It was a bad day to be a watermelon margarita.
